Madurai Medical College, one of the most former

medical colleges in India is situated in the old temple city of Madurai. Madurai Medical College is a medical school associated to the Government Rajaji Hospital in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, and India. The hospital supplies tertiary care to more than twenty million people in the southern part of Tamil Nadu. The hospital was founded in 1842 and turned a teaching hospital in 1954. The hospital was officially known as Erskines Hospital. Madurai Medical College is associated to The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University and is accredited by the World Health Organization. Eligibility

A candidate should have passed 10+2 from a authorized board may apply for admissions to the BDS course; students taking their final of 12th exam may also apply for provisional admissions, subject to clearing all the necessities stated by the various government authorities.

Admission procedure

Admission into MBBS Course would be done by CEE conducted by PSG. P S G provides MBBS & PG Course. A Candidate who has passed his Higher Secondary Examination or equivalent examination with 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Biology or Botany & Zoology are eligible to apply.
